Even those already in lifting and wanting definition for upper body, core and legs. The work outs here focus on definition for your muscles instead of mass. The concentration is on tone and strength.
This is a great read for everyone who want to improve their health, physical well-being and generally get back in shape. The credentials of the authors seem to be very solid, and their advice more than sound. I love the way this guide is written, crisp, friendly, matter-of-fact; no unrealistic goals or suggestions. Nothing but a plain common sense and a mine of good advice. I highly recommend.
